Just in time for National Day, Taksu presents Bi-Lateral Bonds – a curated show that will premier in Taksu Singapore & Taksu Kuala Lumpur. Marking the celebration of the two Independence Days, the exhibition will showcase throughout August. 9th August for Singapore and 31st August for Malaysia (when the two countries were separated).
Showcasing new artworks which are a mix of emerging and established artists – this exhibition aims to celebrate our deeply rooted ties and the vibrant arts scene from both countries. Artworks from Fauzulyusri, Miguel Chew, Najib Bamadhaj, Dzaki Safaruan, Gan Tee Sheng, Allison M. Low, Azrin Mohd, Aiman Hakim, Hisyamuddin Abdullah, Simon Ng, Seah Zelin, Mark Tan, Fazrin Abd Rahman, Arik Wibowo, Khairul Arshad, Cinta Ayuandrea, Sofia Haron, Syahmi Jamaluddin, Azizi Latif, Meme, Fawwaz Shukri, Nurhidayat, and Ahmad Abu Bakar will be exhibiting simultaneously in Taksu Singapore (from 28 July) and Taksu Kuala Lumpur (from 11 August) for the entire duration of August 2016.
