Come July 2017, Sullivan + Strumpf Singapore will present Singaporean Artist, Jeremy Sharma’s first solo exhibition entitled Spectrum Version 2.2. A multidisciplinary artist who works around ideas of aesthetics and production, Sharma explores the production of time and place and the conditions of this production.
Spectrum Version 2.2 is a series from the development of his earlier Spectrum Paintings which explores the relationship between the natural and the artificial. The series takes on a new trajectory and will see Sharma develop an engaging new body of installation works which includes the use of image, video, light and sound to produce meeting monuments of memory that are at once solid and atmospheric.
Prior to his solo exhibition, Sharma will present his works amongst four other regional artists in a group exhibition in May 2017 at Sullivan+Strumpf Singapore
