Making its foray into Singapore, International Auction House, Phillips held a Singapore Preview for its fall season’s auctions of Art, Jewellery and Design at the Grand Hyatt last weekend on 5 to 6 November 2016. The Auction for its 20th Century & Contemporary Art and Design Evening Sale will be held in Hong Kong from 27 to 29 November 2016.
Comprising over 50 lots, this is their first art and design auction in Asia. Artworks feature 20th-century paintings by Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring, iconic artworks by Asian Artists, Yoshitomo Nara, Yayoi Kusama, Zeng Fanzhi and Zao Wou-ki. Pieces also include celebrated contemporary international figures such as Anish Kapoor, Adrian Ghenie and Michael Borremans.
